Natural silk<\/strong> is an all-weather fabric, warm<\/strong> and cozy in winter<\/strong> and comfortably cool<\/strong> when the temperature rises<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Printing<\/strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We select the files (they can be totally different) from our client and program them to be digitally printed on our digital printing machine.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

2. Steam process:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once the printing is done, we take the fabric and put in a steam machine at a temperature of approximately 100\u00b0 for 45 minutes to fix the colors and achieve the desired tonality.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

3. Washing:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once the fabric is steamed, we proceed to wash it and remove the excess ink.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

4. Fixing<\/strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The silk fabric is an irregular material and has movement, so it is necessary to apply a fixing treatment to make it uniform.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Once we have the fabric ready, we cut it and send it to our sewing workshops.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Shipping<\/strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The silk scarves are sent by courier and wrapped individually in a transparent cellophane bag. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
