To produce custom scarves, we work with 100% natural silk, being a luxury and high-quality material.
Natural silk is an all-weather fabric, warm and cozy in winter and comfortably cool when the temperature rises.
Its natural properties mean that this material can be cooled and heated simultaneously.
The entire process is carried out entirely in Spain.
What type of fabrics do we use to produce personalized scarves?
Silk habotai 5mm
Allowing a look through print so the design and colors can be appreciated from both sides of the scarf with the same brightness & contrast. Very light, vaporous, and silky texture.
Silk habotai 8mm
This silk has more density and a more resistant fall. It has more body and is less vaporous with elegant presence. The stamped face is more intense than the opposite face.
Silk twill 14mm
This silk can also be called twill weave. It can be distinguished from the diagonal lines that announce its strength and durability. It has a lustrous appearance, soft and body.
Silk satin 16mm
The brightest silk, soft and with fall.
Silk crêpe de Chine 14mm
The heavier silk of them all, matte, with a rough touch, elegant, solid, and sober.
Georgette silk 10mm
This type of silk is like crêpe de chine, matte, soft and with fall.
Silk chiffon 10mm
This type of silk is matte, soft, and voluptuous.

How is the production process of personalized scarves?
1. Printing:
We select the files (they can be totally different) from our client and program them to be digitally printed on our digital printing machine.
2. Steam process:
Once the printing is done, we take the fabric and put in a steam machine at a temperature of approximately 100° for 45 minutes to fix the colors and achieve the desired tonality.
3. Washing:
Once the fabric is steamed, we proceed to wash it and remove the excess ink.
4. Fixing:
The silk fabric is an irregular material and has movement, so it is necessary to apply a fixing treatment to make it uniform.
5. Sewing:
Once we have the fabric ready, we cut it and send it to our sewing workshops.
Our expert’s seamstress hems the personalized scarves either by hand or by machine.
6. Ironing:
To finish the process, we send the silk scarves to the ironing workshop where they iron the scarves one by one and check that there are no imperfections.
7. Shipping:
The silk scarves are sent by courier and wrapped individually in a transparent cellophane bag.
We also offer an alternative packaging (one black carboard) with an additional cost.
