Shipping

At Luzdeseda we carry out shipments through the courier company Nacex.

Once the purchase is made, the order is received and the receipt of the payment is verified, it will be sent from the distribution warehouse and will be delivered with the following delivery times:

  • Peninsula Spain: 2 – 3 business days
  • Balearic Islands: 2 – 3 business days
  • Canary Islands: 2 – 3 business days
  • Other countries: More than 10 days

No shipments will be made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

Orders placed over the weekend will be prepared the following Monday.

The estimated delivery times announced on the website may be altered by local, state, summer holidays, order overload or due to causes beyond Luzdeseda, and in no case are binding or guaranteed dates.

Shipping costs in the peninsula and the Balearic Islands will be free on orders over € 30.

For the Canary Islands they will be free on orders over € 50.

For orders with lower amounts the shipping costs will be:

  • Peninsula Spain: € 5
  • Balearic Islands: € 7
  • Canary Islands: € 15
  • Other countries: € 21

Payment Methods

Purchases can be paid by Card (Visa, Master Card or American Express). Available for all countries.

Returns

Returns are accepted on all products except masks, for hygiene reasons. The return period is 14 calendar days from the delivery of the product.

To process the return, you must fill out the form indicating the reason for it. After verifying all the data, we will proceed with the request and we will contact you as soon as possible to provide you with the shipping address. The garments must be in perfect condition and accompanied by the corresponding purchase invoice, essential for any return.

The right of return will be considered correctly exercised if the following conditions have been respected:

  • The products must not have been used, washed, or damaged
  • Identification labels must still be attached to their respective products
  • Products must be returned intact and unused in their original packaging

How and when will you receive the amount of your return?

Once we receive the product and verify that all the conditions for the return are met, we will proceed to make the refund of the product on the bank card with which the payment was made.

The customer must be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the product to Luzdeseda, except if the product is in poor condition.

Any refund to the customer will be made within a maximum period of 14 working days from the verification of the product.
